Annabel has spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of neuroscience, education, and psychology as an autism therapist, researcher, instructional designer, graduate-level instructor, coach trainer, and executive function coach.

What she found throughout that work is that the people who struggle most aren't lacking motivation or intelligence. They're navigating systems and environments that were never designed for how their brains work.
