First Meeting

90 minutes: Includes a comprehensive assessment, detailed plan, and a projected timeline for our work together.

Included: clients will also gain access to a private portal where notes, resources, communication, billing and invoices are safely stored.

Recurring Meetings

Most clients begin with 1-hour weekly meetings, moving to 30 minutes and then 15 minutes as they gain mastery and integrate new behaviors and skills.

Included: check-ins via text or phone call are available to support accountability and follow through.
